Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is not as described

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

3. Refund Process (PayFast)

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method (PayFast)
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • In some cases, refunds may take up to 30 days depending on banks

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
