Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong product
- The item is not as described
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
- Accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
3. Refund Process (PayFast)
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method (PayFast)
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- In some cases, refunds may take up to 30 days depending on banks

- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
